- 527269This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Production Director that is looking for a senior leadership role within a growing, dynamic agency.
Key to his role is your passion to build a production team that will lead end to end experiential campaigns for a prestigious client base in the FMCG, Retail, Beverages and Tech sectors
You'll work closely with client services, creative, strategy, design to ensure efficiencies of output and projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
You will be a collaborator, change maker and creative decision maker. Your role will be as much of a leader as you are a practitioner.
In addition to the delivery of projects, you'll also partner with your leadership team to bring in new business, working with the team on competitive pitches and executing all live work to a high standard.- You have a deep understanding and experience of the events industry with a passion for innovative, new to market, best in class execution and experiences
- You are a leader, and you lead by example, not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed
- Minimum 10+ years industry experience (preferred)
- Experience working on varied scale events from budgets that are small tactical plays for clients to large bespoke executions
- Experience and proficiency in managing project budgets from a production standpoint and tracking agency profit
- Confidence and resilience working in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects at once under tight deadline and budget restrictions
- Enthusiasm and strong organisation skills
- Proven processes and workflow management experience
- Bring a wealth of supplier knowledge (little black book of suppliers) and experience in quoting, vetting, awarding and managing all third party partners
- Oversee all supplier engagement and agreements to ensure project and values align to the work being undertaken
- Assist in growing the agencies production team and client base
- Work closely with the senior leadership team on new business opportunities and competitive pitches
- Being comfortable working in all facets of production be it live experience, virtual or digital
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
