**Job Description**:
The purpose of this position is to maintain a strong focus on TLO businesses, including the development of new relationships within Sodexo IFMS, joint ventures, contract management and compliance. This role will work closely with TLO groups and Pilbara Aboriginal Businesses to ensure that Sodexo provides opportunity to develop capability and capacity in the region as well as providing appropriate support to ensure the businesses are set up for success. This position is paramount to act as a conduit between Sodexo operations, and sub-contractors. The role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders both internal and external including, operations, transversal, and Clients. Responsible for managing business development internally and providing leadership, guidance and incubation support to PABs, the delivery of Sodexo Partner Inclusion Program to all PABs and monitoring contract spend against PAB targets, this position is a conduit between Sodexo operations, the client and PABS. The role is also expected to promote and support Sodexo’s commitment to its RAP.
**Requirements of the role will include but are not limited to**:
- Contract Management including KPI compliance across multiple Supply/Service categories (Facilities Management, Indirect, Food, Transport), for Supply/Service Agreements in place with JV Partners, TO Groups, and Pilbara Aboriginal Businesses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Traditional Owner (TLO) Groups, community organizations, Reconciliation Australia, Supply Nation and other organizations as required.
- Collaborating with operation leaders, customers and HR to ensure Sodexo is advancing our RAP actions and expanding the activities we can commit as an organization.
- Provide day to day support of IFMS Indigenous Mentor team, conducting weekly meetings to discuss activities/actions undertaken by Mentor.
- Maintain & report on Individual Clients Indigenous employment retention targets for Sodexo’s sites.
- Provide support, mentoring and development to site service teams on Indigenous protocols.
- Regularly provide briefings to the Indigenous Affairs Manager on potential and emerging issues or concerns and offer proactive solutions.
- Assist the Indigenous Team to achieve client Key Performance Indicators for IFMS sites.
- Work closely with Sodexo operations teams to identify operational efficiencies and new innovative opportunities.
- Cross-promoting and identifying areas of community and cultural contribution, recognition, celebration, and skills-building.
- Supporting the Head of Indigenous Affairs to describe organizational, management capability that delivers on client objectives and requirements.
- Liaison with SMEs and key stakeholders across a matrix organization.
- Working on several projects concurrently and achieving multiple deadlines.
- Liaising with all operation teams and segments regularly to identify service delivery/scope improvement opportunities.
- Collate, compile and distribute reports relevant to Indigenous Engagement / Business Support, both to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and attend all meetings relevant to the role.
- Support the team as required in any additional relevant Indigenous Engagement / Business Support activities as part of a pro-active, cross functional team.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience or background in similar services environment
- Experience or background in working with JV Partners, TLO Groups, and Indigenous Businesses
