About You

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual responsible for establishing and maintaining client clinic relationships and motivated at ensuring high standard of clinic policies and procedures.

Essential Criterion
- Independent and a team player
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Effective and efficient time management skills and organisation skills
- Access to own transport with current driver’s license
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Screener

Preferred Criterion for NDIS/Intake Officer
- Knowledge of NDIS policy and procedures
- Understanding and knowledge of Microsoft office suite (inc. Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams)

Job Responsibilities

As the Inspire AHEG NDIS/Intake Officer, you will be responsible for:

- All new client enquiries and bookings
- Maintaining client waiting lists
- Conducting family relationship consultations with all new families
- Maintaining all NDIS client documentation

As the Inspire AHEG NDIS/Intake Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Greeting and farewelling clients
- Answering and making phone calls
- Scheduling clients
- Taking payments and billing client services
- Maintaining client administration spreadsheets
- Completing administration tasks including copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Maintaining office stationery supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness of the clinics
- Organising client experience activities and team huddles
- Complete emergency procedure drills and ensure the procedures are followed during the event of emergency situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
