Credit / Accounts Receivable Officer
- $70k + Super | 12 Month Contract view to Perm| next to Redfern Station

**THE ROLE**
- Working together as a team to manage supplier relationships and reduce the ledger
- Maintaining strong knowledge of customer accounts, building rapport with customers
- Contacting customers and performing regular follow-ups
- Managing and investigating queries
- Monitoring the Credit/AR inbox
- Assist in month-end reporting
- Other ad hoc as required

**THE PERSON**
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in an AR / Collections role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with inbound and outbound calling with the ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Outgoing, positive personality would work well in this business
