Reporting to our Head of Property & Franchising, the Property & Franchising Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of the leasing operations.

As the Property & Franchising Leasing Manager, you will be accountable for reviewing and negotiating leasing agreements in new and existing site opportunities. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated and process driven.

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
**The Role Recipe**:

- Proactively identifying opportunities within the network;
- Conduct site visits, gather information on tenancy; collect site plans and initial commercial information;
- Coordinate or conduct analysis for site viability and feasibility assessment;
- Liaise with external leasing managers and agents;
- Complete initial site report and business opportunity;
- Develop and execute portfolio optimisation plan.

**Key ingredients**:

- A tertiary qualification in real estate/property will be favourable;
- At least 3 years in a similar role, with a background in retail or hospitality franchising;
- Experience in a client facing tenant representation or leasing/portfolio management role;
- Experience using a lease management software, such as LeaseEagle or equivalent
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Process and systems driven approach to work
