They help their clients take control of their financial future with a range of super and investment accounts, a huge variety of investments options and sophisticated online tools.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Accounts, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating a calendar of activities and events.
- Working with internal stakeholders to agree and finalise contact, speakers and attendance for events.
- Work with the sales team to ensure diary appointments are achieved.
- Co-ordinate pre and post even communications with marketing.
- Finalise Partnership arrangements and invoice payments.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are updated on agreed activities in a timely manner.
- Prepare data insights packs around engagement, interaction and experience.
- Work with the sales team to understand feedback and platform functionality.
- Distribute regular reporting to Strategic Account contacts.
- Consolidate feedback and insights from satisfaction surveys.
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by upper management.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Strong organisational skills and experience.
- Experience working within a sales team ideally within financial services.
- The ability to adapt quickly to new project, priorities and act as a problem solver where required.
- Strong relationship management and internal stakeholder engagement experience.
- Demonstrated experience and skills of the MS Office Suite products, Excel particularly.
