**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role assists in the end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of WesTrac projects. Catering to the requests of internal and external stakeholders by ensuring the availability of stock, as well as tending to planned and unplanned demand of customers, is essential to this role. This role requires the ability to identify and analyse market trends for accurate supply chain forecasting.

**Main responsibilities of this role include**:

- Assist in solving discrepancies relating to stock and orders.
- Liaising with couriers and external suppliers to ensure inbound and outbound deliveries are implemented in a timely and appropriate manner, including sourcing alternative options to minimise delays and resolve time-sensitive issues.
- General housekeeping.
- Reporting and documentation of important metrics to higher management.
- Ensure compliance with global and organisational inventory policies.
