This role is the first point of contact from customers and stakeholders for complaints and enquiries. Responsible for providing excellent communicative skills, this position is crucial in creating a smooth, efficient customer service experience. Customers are a factor in many areas of work with the company, including but not limited to merchandising, inventory, and contracts - this role offers a wide range of experiences in these dynamic, exciting environments.

**Main responsibilities of this role include**:

- High level customer service and support, including face-to-face and over-the-phone communication.
- Prompt response to customer inquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints, issues, or requirements in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Working collaboratively with branch colleagues to ensure a great customer service experience.
- Identifying opportunities and recommendations to improve customer service processes, operations, and performance.
- Listen to customer needs and find suitable solutions.
