**The Opportunity: MATERNITY LEAVE CONTRACT Assistant Director / Educational Leader**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week

- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

**We would love you to have**:

- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an assistant director /educational leader
- Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
- Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A current Qld Blue Card
- Be passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

**Our Centre**

**Bethania Early Education Centre** is located just a 450m walk from the Bethania train station. We care for up to 75 children per day and offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus and are proud of inclusive practices.
