**Join Our Team at Victory Through Ability** **Victory Through Ability** is a boutique NDIS provider that supports clients across Australia in building confidence and securing meaningful employment tailored to their unique skills and interests. We have recently expanded our services to include support work for clients in Sydney, offering assistance in their homes and helping them access the community. We are seeking a passionate and professional individual to join our team in a dual role as a Disability Employment Consultant and Disability Support Worker. **About the Role** This position offers a blend of remote and in-person work, providing variety and flexibility: - **Work from Home**: Conduct virtual appointments with employment clients via Zoom or phone. You will also support clients by job searching, creating resumes and cover letters, and performing other employment-related tasks outside of appointments. - **In-Person Support**: Travel to clients’ workspaces and homes in Sydney, including (but not limited to) **Bondi Junction, Waverley, Sans Souci, Kingsford, and Hillsdale**. This is a casual position, offering approximately **15 to 20 hours per week**, with the potential for additional hours in the future. **Required Skills and Experience** - Previous experience as an NDIS Support Worker or in a similar role. - A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to step out of your comfort zone when needed. - Strong time management and organisational skills. - Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in report writing and documentation. - Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. - A genuine passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives. - An unrestricted Class C driver’s licence and access to a reliable, clean, and safe vehicle (an accessible vehicle is not required). - Ability to travel to various suburbs mentioned above and nearby Sydney areas. - A dedicated, quiet workspace at home, with a reliable laptop, phone, and high-speed internet connection. **Preferred Qualifications and Experience** - Current First Aid and CPR certifications. - Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one). - National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one). - Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability (or similar). - Experience in employment services or recruitment. **What We Offer** At Victory Through Ability, we empower our clients while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for our team.
