**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
**AFTER-SALES SERVICE DELIVERY**
Responsibilities will include delivery of after-sales services, such as repairs and warranties, spare parts, transportation within set timelines and SLAs. Raising Purchase Orders and Filing project details for future reference is a fundamental process within this role.
**ATTENTION TO DETAIL & PRIORITISATION**
Ours is a fast paced environment where attention to detail is a critical aspect of achieving excellent customer satisfaction. You must be able to prioritise as you handle multiple tasks and adjust to the volume and diversity of customer requirements.
**Requirements**:
- One to two years of customer service or after-sales experience will be favourably considered.
- A basic knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
- Strong verbal and communication skills are critical to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
- Being adaptable and willing to operate in a small office environment.
- Positive attitude and a friendly personality whom manage the front line for our internal and external enquiries
- Educational background - HSC as a minimum with Tertiary education favorably considered.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
