This role will lead the development of acquisition and retention strategies across Performance, Paid & Affiliates, for one of the biggest brands in Luxury Fashion, delivering campaigns across a global audience.
Working within a stellar, high performing, huge internal team, as well as partnering with some of the best Agencies in the industry, to deliver cutting-edge Digital campaigns around the world.

**Responsibilities & Experience**
- Develop & deliver the end to end Performance Marketing strategy, with a focus on Paid, Affiliates, SEO & SEM across global audiences
- Drive strong customer acquisition, retention and engagement metrics, working closely alongside Agency partners
- Indepth understanding of all key channels, particularly Google & Meta
- Budget accountability & allocation, working super closely with Senior Management and the Digital SLT
- Solid experience with delivering high-performing campaigns, either from an Agency or Inhouse background, with Luxury Fashion experience being hugely advantageous
- A strong, heavily data-driven approach, analysing key trends and areas of opportunity, for both local and global regions
