Queanbeyan based factory seeking a mixing line manager to join their team, immediate start

**Your new company**

Are you ready to get stuck into a new role? Our client is a worldwide manufacturer of adhesive and tool systems. They have recently made some internal changes, and are looking for a full time mixing line manager to join their Queanbeyan based factory.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient running of the mixing production process and production line as per the manufacturing specifications. This means on the day to day you will;
- Ensure equipment is cleaned for reuse in the manufacturing process
- Manage the raw material and liquid inventory
- Report all accidents and incidents to either the Head of Operations or Supervisor for follow-up action and reporting
- Participate in safety and other meetings, such as staff meetings, toolbox talks and inductions
- Provide training and support to new starters
- Meeting production deadlines whilst producing accurate and quality work

**What you'll need to succeed**

As a Mixing Line Manager you will be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as well as;
- A Forklift License
- A strong work ethic
- High attention to detail

**What you'll get in return**

This role will give you the opportunity to learn and upskill, and after a probationary period transition into a permanent role direct with the business. You will also receive;
- An opportunity to earn a monthly production bonus
- Full time hours - Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3pm
- $34-38p/h + super
