**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **General Manager** to head up our Enterprise Systems Team. This key senior role reports to the Group CTO and partners with all business stakeholders to define, design, build and maintain a suite of four enterprise systems to support Symbio's organisational strategy and goals.
You will lead your teams to deliver strategic alignment of all Enterprise Systems projects to support divisional goals, while delivering customer satisfaction and ongoing lifecycle management.
You will ensure our platforms are reliable, scalable, secure and maintainable to support our growth strategies, as well as create a world class technology culture with a focus on delivering measurable value.
**What you'll do as GM Enterprise Systems**:
- Provide leadership across Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, CRM and ITSM
- Leverage inhouse, offshore augmentation and contract resources to deliver all platforms and solutions
- Work with business stakeholders to manage capacity and sequencing and identify and assist in resolving technical challenges
- Manage the team budget and develop OPEX and CAPEX frameworks
- Continuously coach teams on improving their engineering practices and mentor individuals within your team
**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:
A significant background in technology development and delivery, with proven experience in the following:
- 10+ years involved in leading technical teams (Product, BA, Developers, QA, UX)
- Managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets (Including Software Capitalisation)
- Working directly with customers and product stakeholders, as well as managing 3rd party supplier relationships and contracts
- Working with iterative methodologies and executing technology strategy
- Program and Project Management
- Strong problem solving aptitude and a high degree of EQ
- Bonus points for experience in any of the following: ERP, Cloud (AWS), microservice architectures, Windows, Microsoft Dynamics and/or similar ERP platform.
