Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent

The role is a **full time position** working Monday to Friday, with shifts between **8:30am - 5:30pm**.
Role Overview:
In this role, you will have shifts in both Medical Reception and the Contact Centre, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
**Medical Receptionist**
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
**Contact Centre Agent**
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Booking appointments across our four Canberra clinics.
- Billing knowledge - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
What we're looking for:
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
- A background in customer service
