**Job Description**:
**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and assess bid opportunities in the financial crime prevention sector.
- Lead the end-to-end bid process, coordinating with sales, pre-sales and other cross functional team to compile and deliver compelling proposals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SymphonyAI Financial Services’ product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions in bids.
- Ensure compliance with both internal bid procedures and client requirements.
- Manage all aspects of proposal submission, including writing, editing, and formatting proposals.
- Record and analyse external and internal feedback on submitted bids to continuously improve the bid strategy and process.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform bid strategies.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to enhance company visibility and positioning for future bid opportunities.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management, preferably in the technology or financial services sectors.
- Proven track record of managing and winning bids.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the financial crime prevention market and regulatory landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
