As a crucial member of our Supply Chain team, you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency and accountability. Your impact will be paramount in crafting and executing strategies that usher tangible enhancements to revenue and profit targets within our dynamic Supply Chain business. Your influence will shape the future of our success, setting a new standard for excellence, in this new role - reporting to our Global Executive Director.

**Day to day**:
**Master of projects**: Ensuring that our projects are aligned with the businesses strategic goals; resources are allocated appropriately, risks are identified and managed, in order to set high standards in project hygiene, delivery and quality assurance

**Data-driven insights**: Analyse performance metrics to optimise our Supply Chain operations; gain insights into a projects success, identify areas for improvement, document best practices, and gather feedback to inform future opportunities

**Empowering excellence**: An influential change agent within the team, striking the perfect balance between result-focused approaches and nurturing positive interpersonal relationships

**Passion for transformation**: Foster a positive and collaborative Supply Chain culture. Your ability to influence and lead change will be crucial in building a future-proof business for success in a rapidly changing world

**About you**:

- Proven experience in business transformation, operations, or consulting roles
- Experience with scale-up businesses and working in fast paced/high growth environments is an advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and commercial judgment
- Structured and process-driven approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change within teams
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to run effective meetings
- Team player with the confidence to speak with authority and drive initiatives forward
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and systems knowledge
- Exceptional emotional intelligence to balance results and interpersonal relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field
