They are seeking a professional and knowledgeable
**Showroom Consultant** to join our team. As a Showroom Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection of our high-quality glass, window, and door products. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized showroom while providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monday to Friday roster - No weekends

Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.

Provide product information and advice to customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the best product solutions.

Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.

Maintain a clean and organized showroom at all times.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals.

Perform administrative tasks such as entering orders and maintaining customer records.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a retail or showroom environment.

Knowledge of building materials (Glass, windows, doors, timber, flooring etc)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 20kg.
