**The company**:
Our client are a quality focused residential home builder who specialize in Custom homes, Knock down rebuild and unit developments.

Currently building around 350 homes per year they have forecasted impressive growth, and are looking at increasing these numbers to in excess of 500 homes in the next 3 years. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join them on their journey.

**Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include**:
**Your New Role**:
Responsible for leading a team of 4 administrators (Pre-Site and On-Site). Designate workflow and KPI targets, along with continued assistance in development, training and recruitment of new staff in a dynamic and growing team.
- Conduct individual & team-based workflow meetings, updating the Operations Manager accordingly
- Drive workflow activity and ensure performance targets are being set, fulfilled and forecasted
- Trouble-shoot any job-related issues, in conjunction with company’s administration policies & procedures.
- Training of new and existing customer service staff, providing ongoing feedback in accordance with learning & development protocols
- Provide strong management & leadership capability as the figurehead for the customer service team
- Demonstrated experience in a similar **Management **or **Team Leader **role - in construction for a **Victorian homebuilder**:

- Ability to motivate and drive outcomes for an administration team with an emphasis on customer service
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to priorities a variety of tasks in a high-volume work environment
- Strong administration & organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills
