Doncaster-Templestowe Radiology Office Supervisor
I-MED Victoria is seeking a highly experienced and motivated person as Office Supervisor at Doncaster-Templestowe Radiology leading a quality driven and friendly team.
As Office Supervisor, you will be required to provide high quality, accurate medical imaging services to referrers and patients, provide exemplary service delivery and assist in leading the team to reach their highest potential.
The clinic offers a range of services including CT, Mammography, ultrasound and general x-ray.

**Duties will include**:

- Liaise with Area office supervisor to plan and manage daily clerical staff workforce requirements
- Manage the clinic daily appointment schedules,
- Manage data and information accuracy in the clinic including invoicing & receipting,
- Ensure clerical staff have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities,
- Provide clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, mentoring and coaching.

**Core Competencies**:

- Ability to manage a large clerical team in a fast paced clinic
- Ability to lead and drive the I-MED Values, patient care and customer service standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing
- Good organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to adapt and respond to change
- Strong computer and IT system skills essential
