About the role
As our Supervisor Liaison Officer you’ll advocate for GP supervisors, inform policy and process improvements, and support the GP training environment. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll work with Registrar Liaison Officers, Practice Manager Liaison Officers, GP Supervisors, the GP Supervisors Association (GPSA), and internal RACGP teams.
**As our Supervisor Liaison Officer, you'll also**:
advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP supervisors in the RACGP training program.
support GP supervisors by providing peer guidance and fostering engagement with RACGP.
inform policy, systems, and process development to improve training practice environments.
represent the supervisor network in forums and maintain strong relationships with GPSA and other stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
Current RACGP-accredited GP Supervisor registration
Strong advocacy and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of GP training environment
Experience in policy or systems development
