**The South Australian Certificate of Education Board (SACE Board) of South Australia's primary role is the provision of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) to government, non-government and international schools.

**The IMPACT you will drive at the SACE Board**

The Customer Engagement Officer, askSACE is accountable to the Team Leader, askSACE for providing high-quality customer support service to stakeholders, data entry, processing of business information and contributing to a range of business process improvements that deliver service excellence to support the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE).

**What you will BRING**
- Experience in supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in using customer service software for call logging and job tracking.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out-of-hours work.
- The incumbent works under the SACE Board of South Australia Act 1983.

**Remuneration**

ASO3 classification level. Salary range $66,590 - $70,968 per annum plus superannuation.
This is a term vacancy for 2 years
