**The Opportunity**
The Location SA Project & Engagement Officer reports to the Geospatial Services Team Leader and provides customer engagement services for Location SA.

Location SA is a collaboration of SA Government agencies and other SA organisations (members) that is supported by the Department for Infrastructure and Transport through the hosting and management of shared geospatial technology services and infrastructure.

The role drives improved Location SA member satisfaction and value through provision of high-quality member engagement services and increased member collaboration. The role also supports expansion of Location SA by identifying new use cases and opportunities to improve service offerings.

Key tasks include direct engagement of existing and prospective Location SA members, coordination of Location SA committees, preparation of various reports and documentation, and management of content published on the Location SA website.

A high degree of customer engagement, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and initiative is expected in this role, including engagement of technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

**Qualifications**
A qualification in Information Technology, Management or Project Management would be highly regarded but not essential.

**Special Conditions**

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

**Tenure of Vacancy**
Temporary appointment up to 2 years.

**Remuneration**
ASO7 - $108,109 to $116,864 pa + superannuation.
