**Hours**:This role is available full time, ongoing.

**Location**:Based at Marion, with travel to other Toward Home Alliances sites as required

**About the Role**:
The Toward Home Wellbeing Program Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of the Toward Home Wellbeing program, ensuring client outcomes are achieved through exceptional service delivery, including primary responsibility for ensuring the provision of high-quality mental health, AOD and other health services through utilising clinical expertise to provide guidance and direction to team members.

The Toward Home Wellbeing Program Manager works closely with the wider Toward Home Alliance to deliver on the united vision for the Toward Home Alliance.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in staff supervision, program development and the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical practice in mental health, AOD and/or health care treatment and care, preferably providing therapeutic treatment and/or case management and support
- Proven experience at a senior clinical level within the area of mental health, AOD and/or health care service delivery

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Drivers Licence
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC) Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or related.

- Relevant Leadership or Management training is desired.
- Current registration with one of the following bodies:

- Social Workers - Registered member of the AASW and having AASW Mental Health Accreditation
- Psychologists - Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Registered Nurses - Registered with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses
- Occupational Therapists - Registered with the Australian Association of Occupational Therapists and AHPRA
