**Description**:
Are you passionate about workplace health, safety, and employee wellbeing? We are seeking a proactive and experienced WHS & Wellbeing Manager to lead and continuously improve our safety and wellbeing strategies. About the Role
**As the WHS & Wellbeing Manager, you will**:

- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of workplace health and safety (WHS) and employee wellbeing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and foster a culture of safety and wellbeing.
- Manage workplace injuries from initial report through to recovery and return to work.
- Support and coach leaders on WHS and wellbeing matters, and engage with employees to understand their needs and feedback.
- Oversee WHS policies, procedures, and systems, including hazard and incident reporting, risk assessments, and audits.
- Lead the WHS Committee and coordinate WHS training and induction programs.
- Manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and facilitate wellbeing initiatives and events.
- Provide monthly safety performance reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Work, Health and Safety Management or equivalent relevant experience (essential).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in WHS, wellbeing, and injury management roles (essential).
- Return to Work SA - Return to Work Coordinator registration (essential).
- Strong knowledge of WHS & Workers Compensation legislation and wellbeing frameworks.(essential)
- Ability to influence and drive cultural change. (essential)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.(essential)
- Experience in a multi-site business (desirable).
- Retail industry experience (desirable).
