About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our growing team This is a full-time position located at our Derrimut branch offering variety, autonomy, and a strong customer-facing component.
You'll be responsible for ensuring part orders are processed within a timely manner and that all enquiries are promptly attended to. You'll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Manage enquiries and part sales transactions
- Interpret parts manuals and catalogues accurately
- Prepare professional and competitive quotes
- Promote and upsell spare parts and accessories
- Order and source parts from suppliers when required
- Maintain accurate data in our CRM system
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of parts
- Support warehouse duties as required

In order to succeed you will need
- Experience as a Parts Interpreter (Commercial vehicle background preferred)
- To be a reliable and punctual person with a friendly approach
- To be a team player and willing to help others
- To have strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new systems
- Proven experience in a customer service position
- Current forklift licence (preferred)
- Availability to work Saturday mornings on a rotating roster
