Paramount Liquor is looking for an exceptional Marketing Specialist with content marketing experience in social and long form copy to support our ever-expanding agency. We’ve been delivering digital marketing solutions for well over ten years and have incredible strategy and production teams ready to support you.

You will work predominately with our digital marketing strategy team writing engaging, well considered content.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an agency delivering quality through collaboration at a high service level for high end clients across varying industries. Our team is filled with talent and we want our new Marketing Specialist to match us in experience and expertise.

**The job is yours if**:

- You have agency experience
- You have two years minimum experience in digital marketing
- You can combine your creative copywriting with digital marketing experience
- You have hands-on Social Media experience
- You have a fair understanding of SEO other Digital Marketing services
- You are able to produce content and messaging to engage with the right target market while fitting the channel where it is being delivered
- You can create long form content for EDMs, blogs and marketing material consistent with brand standards
- You have excellent communication and relationship management skills
- You display creative and innovative thinking with strong writing skills, always adapting content to target audiences

**Specific Tasks**
- planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
- advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
- coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
- analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
- interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
- supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
- commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
- advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
