**This is where you come in**
We are looking for an experienced, driven and entrepreneurial Brand Manager wanting to join a fast-moving company in a rapidly growing & engaging category. The role requires an individual with broad experience in Brand Management - from concept through to execution including the development and execution of strategic plans, breakthrough innovation and strong commercial delivery for the brand’s accelerated growth. Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in the creation of marketing plans as well as their management and execution. This is a highly collaborative role, you will partner with category leadership on the development of product stories, innovation, and marketplace strategies to drive brand impact with major business results.
**About the role**:
- Full ownership of the allocated brands within our Chilled BU - strategy to execution and everything in between. You are the mini GM of your brands.
- Omnichannel approach to reach & attract the target consumer. Act as an advocate for the pet (consumer), the pet parents (shopper), and the brand.
- Project lead our current NPD pipeline and develop the future - think ambitious growth & first to market initiatives.
- Strong collaboration with the category, sales, R&D, supply chain and manufacturing teams.
- Maintain marketing budgets by brand and monitor to company approved annual expenditure.
- Champion brands within the organisation, driving brand education, upholding alignment to core brand proposition and driving brand equity.
- Monitor and assess in-market opportunities and challenges; market/consumer trends, competitive action & evolution.
**About you**:
- Strong Brand Manager Experience (4-5yrs+) within the FMCG industry or similar - Pet industry experience desirable but not required.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience driving profitable outcomes and growth.
- Love of pets and desire to have a positive influence to help them live their best life.
- Strong experience in marketing & media communications campaigns with specific emphasis on omni-channel marketing
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels, both internal and external stakeholders.
- An unwavering commitment to continuous improvement, taking initiative and working both independently and efficiently.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in the field of Marketing
