We are seeking motivated and professional individuals with communication and management skills to provide leadership to a cohort of ED clerks at Sunshine, Footscray and Williamstown campuses.
The ED Clerical Team Leaders will be responsible for providing leadership and direction during their shift; guidance, support and training to clerks on the floor; and be a key-liaison between Nursing Leadership and the Clerical Workforce. The ED Clerical Team Leader will work closely with ED Clerical Coordinators, Data Assurance Clerks, and Nursing Leadership in ED.
There are three Team Leader Shifts: AM from 0700 to 1500, PM from 1500 to 2300, and Night Duty from 2300 to 0700. Team Leaders are encouraged to work a mixture of shifts be it AM/PM/ND and shifts on the floor to ensure skills are maintained.

- Ability to work collaboratively with the clerical leadership team
- Knowledge of the health care industry and workflows within Emergency Departments
