ABOUT THE ROLE

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- End-to-End Event Set-Up and Delivery: From planning to execution, you'll ensure every event is a success.
- Office Management: Keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Panels and Committees: Work closely with various groups to ensure seamless event coordination.
- Create and Send Newsletters: Craft engaging newsletters to keep our members informed and excited.
- Office Administration: Handle administrative tasks with precision and care.
- Utilise Multiple Computer Systems: Leverage your tech skills to manage various systems and tools.

You are a tech-savvy professional with a proven track record in event planning and execution. You are meticulous and detail-oriented, able to handle various tasks with precision and care. You possess a positive and proactive attitude and can work independently to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
