SGAC is seeking an enthusiastic and details oriented individual to provide efficient and accurate administration of all membership processing, direct debit payments and account management.

**About the role**:
Your primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Send member absentee communications.
- Process and archive member forms ensuring accuracy in data input and completion of gymnastics registration (if applicable).
- Process fortnightly membership direct debit run.
- Process all member time holds, suspensions and refunds in line with policies and procedures.
- Provide reporting to managers as required.
- Provide support, guidance, and development of staff with complex account matters.
- Process all Service NSW vouchers (Active Kids and First Lap) and allocate funds into LINKS.

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Strong problem solving skills, data analysis experience and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated experience in working with CRM system or member database
- Demonstrated experience in effective management of personal debt or accounts
- Must have a strong work ethic and display a strong sense of urgency
- Display a positive “can do” attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Strong computer skills
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check Clearance
