Membership & Accounts Administrator - Full Time

SGAC at West HQ is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to provide efficient and accurate administration of all membership processing, direct debit payments and account management.
**The day-to-day**:
- Processing and actioning member forms ensuring accuracy in data input and completion of all required registration processes.
- Processing all member time holds, suspensions and refunds in line with policies and procedures.
- Providing reporting and governance to managers as required.
- Providing support, guidance, and development of staff with complex account matters.
- Processing all Service NSW vouchers (Active Kids and First Lap) and allocate funds onto member accounts via our internal CRM system.
**Our Perfect Fit**:
- Strong computer skills.
- Demonstrated experience or knowledge of CRM and / or online member database systems.
- Excellent knowledge of SGAC memberships (gymnastics and aquatics programs).
- Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis experience and multi-tasking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in effective debt management and customer accounts.
- Must have a strong work ethic and display a strong sense of urgency.
- Display a positive "can do" attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to varying customers.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines.
- Clear performance management history for 12 months.
