Marketing Coordinator

This is a first-rate opportunity if you’re an energetic marketer at the beginning or early stages of your career to join a fast-paced marketing team for one of Australia’s iconic brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be supporting the marketing team to take our brand and retail activity to market and achieve key business objectives and KPIs.

In this role you will work in team that gives you exposure to an array of marketing from mass retail and brand through to targeted local store marketing, assist in asset delivery across media channels that include television, radio and digital and support image production with our own in-house photography studio. You’ll be working for a business that is rapidly growing online and has footprint of 67 stores nationally.

This role is dynamic, and each day will be different as you work with a driven team who are passionate about growing the Amart brand

Your duties will include:

- Assist with delivery of end to end campaigns to market and work with agencies and other stakeholders to ensure all advertising material is provided correctly in a timely manner.
- Proofing and editing content across various assets to ensure content adheres to brand tone of voice and is executed with accuracy.
- Meeting project timelines to both internal and external deadlines.
- Support various marketing projects as needed (e.g. local campaigns creation, gift cards, category initiatives/product launches).
- Coordinating content/product integration across various marketing initiatives and supporting image processing.
- Compiling information for competitor and customer analysis.
- Management of marketing and media inboxes.
- Supporting with communications and store support
- Gathering data across a range of platforms for team analysis and reporting and compiling presentations for the marketing team.
- Support marketing team with preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing follow ups and communications.

**Role Attributes**:
To be considered for this role, we after someone enthusiastic and willing to contribute in a team environment. You must have a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field and you will have strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office programs. You will be highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail and you’ll have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. You will be customer focused and results driven, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders and you’ll work collaboratively with your team as well as key business partners to achieve results.
