We are looking for a full time experienced appointment coordinator/scheduler to join our team at our new propose built factory at Rochedale.

**THE ROLE**:
Working alongside a busy dynamic team within the office some of your key accountabilities will include:

- Coordinating and scheduling jobs in the Installation calendar and updating database.
- Communicating with clients for access and notifications.
- Coordinating the jobs allocated for both the customer and the Installer.
- Daily communication with the co-workers and Installers to troubleshoot any issues they may have.

**THE CANDIDATE**:

- First and foremost you will have excellent communication skills - in this role it's essential that you can communicate effectively with all walks of life
- Previous scheduling or job planning experience - you may have worked in a similar role where you were exposed to liaising with Installers and or Service technicians and customers and have a solid grasp of the Brisbane areas.
- Experience within an environment where you have handled high volumes of calls
- An excellent ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- A common sense approach to things
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to get the job done
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Appointment setting or scheduling: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
