**About our client**

We have partnered with an exciting client seeking an Administrator Manager. This is a countrywide organisation offering job security and an opportunity to grow and develop within. Working closely with the General Manager and the Financial Controller, you will be primarily involved in the day-to-day administration of the office.

**To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in the following key criteria**:

- High level of Attention to detail
- A proactive working ethic
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Administration Manager
- Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable
- IT savviness with experience with computerised payroll software and reporting systems, excel spreadsheets and accurate word and numerical data entry
- Have a good understand and be able to supply input on manufacturing and distribution practises
- Have solid knowledge of trading terms, pallet account management and other key process to managing major accounts
- Strong experience in accounting packages with BOM and manufacturing priorities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understanding and adhering to policies and procedures
- Accurately complete, update, create and implement procedures in line with all other departments
- Maintain pay systems including Workforce and send weekly payroll reports to labour hire companies and payroll officer
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Manage customer complaints record
- Fulfill key roles in the absence of the General Manager and Financial Controller
