As our **Bid Coordinator**, you will be at the forefront of preparing compelling and strategic proposals that showcase PHE’s capabilities. Your role will be critical in managing tender submissions, ensuring high-quality content, and supporting the broader business development efforts. **About the Role**:
In this dynamic position, you will take ownership of PHE’s bid processes, working closely with internal teams to develop high-impact proposals, capability statements, and tender responses. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to expand your skills in marketing, assisting with content creation and brand positioning.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Bid Coordination & Tender Submissions**:
- ** Write and manage** tender responses, EOIs, and RFPs, ensuring compelling and compliant submissions.
- ** Coordinate** input from internal stakeholders, including technical teams, estimators and commercial managers.
- **Develop and maintain** a bid content library with high-quality, reusable materials.
- ** Ensure compliance** with client requirements and submission deadlines.
**Proposal & Capability Statement Development**:
- ** Tailor proposals** to effectively highlight PHE’s strengths and project experience.
- ** Edit and refine** technical content for clarity, consistency, and persuasive impact.
- ** Collaborate with marketing** to enhance the visual and strategic appeal of submissions.
**Marketing & Communications Exposure**:
- ** Support content creation** for PHE’s website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- ** Contribute to brand storytelling**, developing case studies and project highlights.
- ** Assist in marketing campaigns**, aligning with PHE’s business development objectives.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- 3+ years’ experience in bid coordination, tender writing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of bid processes within the energy, mining, or construction sectors.
- Experience in marketing, content creation, or communications is highly regarded.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- ** Exceptional writing and editing skills**, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives.
- ** Strong organisational skills**, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Office** (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and bid management tools.
- ** Attention to detail** and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- ** Interest in marketing and brand development**, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
