The Opportunity
Completes complex tasks, manages priorities, and analyzes inputs to meet fund and investment operational objectives. Responsible for tasks in support of accurate calculations for a wide range of portfolios, including institutional funds, investment trusts, mutual funds, ETFs and other pooled vehicles.
Core Responsibilities

2. Utilise large data sets to perform root cause analysis and drive change within the team and with our stakeholders. Prepares reporting documentation for senior stakeholder meetings.
3. Maintains procedures and overall risk framework for all fund and investment product types. Leverages fund and investment knowledge to aid in the production of gold copy data and enhance output.
4. Oversees daily operation, manages controls and verifies completion of processes.
5. Identifies opportunities for process improvements and proactively proposes solutions.
6. Participates in large scale projects inclusive of vendor assessment processes.
7. Maintains communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two years related work experience.
- Minimum of two years TLM experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.

**Future of Work**

During the pandemic, we transitioned to a work from home model for the majority of our crew and we continue to interview, hire, and on-board future crew remotely.

As we have developed the path forward, we have taken a thoughtful approach that both maximizes the advantages of working remotely and the many benefits of coming together and collaborating in a shared workspace. We believe that in-person interactions among our crew are important for preserving our unique culture and advantageous for the personal development of our crew.

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
