We currently have a new opportunity for someone who is reliable to join our team in a Reception/ Administration Role on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Answering phones and directing calls to the relevant person
- Enquiries (general and sales)
- Data Entry
- Placing orders for stock and materials
- Social media advertising and monitoring as well as content creation (if required)
- Providing support to team members as required
- Other Ad hoc administration duties as required

Requirements to be successful in this role:

- You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use initiative and judgment
- Strong computer skills with experience in MYOB, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with mínimal supervision
- Be able to learn and maintain knowledge of our company and product
- Excellent presentation with a positive and mature attitude

Schedule:

- 9 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Craigieburn, VIC 3064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
