With an extensive wine list and a curated cocktail menu, Bar Margaux is home to everyone searching for spectacular food and service along with Melbourne’s love affair for late night haunts.
Who we are looking for:
Someone who thrives off a busy environment, appreciates the simple perfection of a classic cocktail and likes the best tartare in town (in our humble opinion). Someone who has a natural affinity with hospitality and providing unparalleled experiences.
- Grace under pressure: In a fast-paced environment, you remain composed; effortlessly managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest requests.
- Impeccably dressed and well-groomed - you set the tone.
- The ability to work as part of an energetic team, supporting your colleagues and having fun, whilst being able to create the ultimate guest experience every time.
- A strong work ethic and able to stay the course into the early hours of the morning. Hours are 5pm until 1am Tuesday to Thursday, and 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Experience - we cannot forget Ideally you will have at least 1 or 2 years within a similar venue.
