As Host, you'll set the tone from the moment guests walk in. You'll guide them through the building, manage bookings and waitlists, and make sure every arrival feels effortless. More than that, you'll jump in where needed — supporting the team, solving problems on the fly and making every guest feel welcome.

What you'll do

  • Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations, enquiries and waitlists
  • Guide guests across multiple levels — dining, rooftop and events
  • Work closely with the floor and bar team to keep service flowing
  • Jump in to support service and create memorable guest moments

What you'll bring

  • Experience as a host or in front-of-house within busy venues
  • Sharp communication skills and a guest-first approach
  • Organisation and confidence managing bookings and flow
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a calm, confident approach in every situation
  • Flexibility across nights, weekends and events
  • Valid RSA & DoFoodSafely certificates
