We’re a rapidly growing Australian Hotel Group in the early stages of expansion. From humble beginnings, our brand was founded out of a passion for connecting travellers to the local authenticity of a location by providing comfortable and bespoke accommodation. Today, we are a multi-brand accommodation group operating 19 hotels across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

The ‘SoHo’ style hotel located in the heart of Melbourne near Degraves Street The hotel of choice for corporate, long-stay and leisure travelers
- 60 studio, one and two bedroom apartments with kitchen facilities
- Onsite parking facilities

**Our amazing Hotel Receptionists (AKA Local Hosts)**:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day you’ll strive to:

- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during their stay)
- Provide creative resolutions to complaints and problems
- Be a Local Host, knowing the local area of the hotel intimately enough to provide advice and recommendations to guests on key points of interest
- Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Identify & explore opportunities to increase the number of returning & new guests
- Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standard

Our hotel isn’t open 24/7 so no overnight shifts are required unless in exceptional circumstances.
