We are seeking a Project Controls Officer to join our clients growing team for a significant expansion of a world-class resource project.

**The Company**
This is an exceptionally well-established national consultancy with global partners. Clients are blue chip and ASX-listed mining companies.

**About You**
Ideally with 5-10 years Project Controls experience in a consultancy or contracting environment, your new role will involve project control, resource planning, and scheduling for engineering projects as well as project performance reporting. Here you’ll be engaged in a variety of tasks including:

- Scheduling, project controls, and cost control
- Ensuring the prioritisation of safety, environment, community & IR
- Supporting Managers to schedule, coordinating and deliver projects
- Help Managers to implement project control processes & procedures
- Ensuring contracts and sub-consultant agreements are in place
- Organising & scheduling meetings, and follow up the status of action items
- Help compile engineering reports; proposals & issue of drawings

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Qualification in Project Management (advantageous but not essential)
- Exp. in Replicon or equivalent eg SAP or Oracle
- Familiar with MS Project or equivalent eg Primavera P6
- Sound MS Word, Excel & MS Project skills
- Exp. in S Curve and Earned Value reporting
- Exp. in resource planning & KPI reporting

With strong verbal and written communication skills, you’ll establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
