In the role of **Manager, Lending Products (Trade and Working Capital Products),** you will join the Trade & Working Capital Product team that’s doubling down on winning together.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Set and drive the TWC lending product strategy and roadmap, to deliver business and customer outcomes, manage risks and drive sustainable lending growth.
- Lead the TWC Lending team to deliver outcomes aligned to Trade and Transactional Banking Strategy, including:

- end-to-end product and process management
- Deliver on product simplification
- Market leading customer experience
- Setting the strategic direction and delivering change
- Driving technology and operational excellence
- Optimise portfolio performance

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Experience and industry knowledge across banking, lending, and product management.
- Experience managing operational and credit risk with deep understanding of relevant operational risk frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in fostering strong team engagement and a high performing culture
- Strong banking experience
