**How will I help?**
We’re all about ‘people helping people’ - and our Lending Managers are in the front line of that ambition. You’ll help families and individuals across Australia start something new - whether it’s their first home, upsizing for a growing family, or investing for their future. You’ll coach, guide and help our customers achieving their dreams by making things clear and simple, steering them towards the right products and services to save them time and hassle.

**What do I need?**
A passion for people. If you pride yourself in always doing the right thing and putting your customers first, we’re eager to talk with you. You'll have demonstrated experience in writing home loans, as well as lending policy knowledge. A sound understanding of bank processes, systems and procedures is highly advantageous. If you’ve got the drive, ambition and love a challenge, we should talk.
