**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Venue Supervisor** to join the team at **The Merrywell**, Crown Perth’s hero pub on a full-time basis. Known for its bold and delicious offerings, The Merrywell is a large, high-energy venue that requires a strong leader to guide and support the team while overseeing daily operations.

In this role, you’ll help deliver joyful dining experiences through genuine care for our guests. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering excellent customer service
- Ensuring guest satisfaction through effective time management and multitasking
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail in both service and menu knowledge
- Leading and mentoring team members to build capability and confidence
- Preparing for large events by ensuring stock, staffing, and venue readiness
- Managing stock ordering, stocktake, and inventory control

**About you**

You’ll bring:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a large venue
- Excellent time management skills
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence
- A positive attitude and the ability to foster a great team culture

**Qualifications** To Be Successful, You’ll Need To**:

- Hold a current **RSA Certificate**:

- Hold a current **Approved Manager Card**:

- Hold full**Australian Working Rights
