We are seeking an experienced and professional Bar Supervisor to join our Riverside team. Working across three VIP venues, Riverside Room, Riverside Cafe & Baccarat Room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support team members to deliver exceptional service
• Provide guidance, training, and encouragement to staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Manage inventory, place orders, and monitor stock rotation to reduce waste

About you

You'll bring the following:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a hospitality setting
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Strong coordination and organisational skills
• A collaborative leadership style that motivates and supports the team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring guest satisfaction

Additional Information

To be successful, you'll:

• Hold or be willing to obtain an Unrestricted Approved Manager's card
• Be available for a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts
• Have proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry
