**Tell me about this role**:
**We are currently looking for NV1 cleared Governance & Reporting Officer to conduct periodic reviews to ensure that project teams are adhering to governance requirements within the project. This position focuses on program-level progress, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Schedule, facilitate and track decisions and actions arising from governance meetings (e.g., steering committees, program boards).
- Coordinate program input into governance forums including Integrated Project Team, Program Steering Group, and PPRIP.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and clients to provide program governance updates.
- Coordinate with the Risk Officer to ensure risk communications align with the governance strategy
- Develop program staff knowledge and skills in governance to ensure knowledge and know-how retention within the Branch.

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience within the Defence industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Process orientated with good attention to detail.
- Australian citizenship and an NV1 security clearance at a minimum.
