An Australian **Federal Government Department** is looking to engage multiple skilled and experienced **Governance and Reporting Officer. **You will be working on improvement projects within the department. The successful **Governance and Reporting Officer **will secure a **12-month contract with 2x 12-month extension options and a rewarding hourly rate.**

The successful **Governance and Reporting Officer **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Showing commitment to achieving quality and timely outcomes, and adherence to and enforcement of documentation and governance procedures.
- Completing work follows and projects through to completion, escalating issues and matters as necessary to ensure outcomes are achieved.
- Collaboratively work with commitment to building a positive, proactive, and healthy team culture anticipating and responding to customer needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain effective key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve ICT outcomes.

The successful **Governance and Reporting Officer **will have experience in the following:

- Ability to adapt to changing environments, responding in a flexible and positive manner with a willingness to learn and expand skillset and knowledge.
- Strong working knowledge and working understanding of ITIL and agile guidelines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively and positively with a broad range of stakeholders when required
- Demonstrated experience with ICT policy and reporting.
