As a UX Copywriter, you’ll be responsible for creating clear, concise and user-friendly content across our digital platforms. With a strong desire to simplify complex concepts, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences that educate, inform and empower our business banking customers.

**In any given week you’ll be**:

- Writing, editing and optimising customer-facing copy across our digital platforms
- Partnering with Product Owners, Experience Designers, UI Designers, Experience Researchers, Business Analysts, Compliance, Marketing and other stakeholders to enhance our digital journeys and customer experiences
- Observing user testing sessions to better understand the needs and preferences of our customersParticipating in our Content Club and Experience Huddles to help uplift and champion our craft
- **We’re interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Strong UX writing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated experience writing and editing UX content for digital products or services, including websites and apps
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional team in an agile environment
- Basic Figma skills to enable collaboration with designers
