We have partnered with a Generative AI company looking for their first UX Writer, to jump on board and join their fast-growing team.

**Your Mission**:

- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and researchers to understand and translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly, intuitive interfaces.
- Develop engaging and concise content that guides users through interactive experiences, ensuring clarity and seamless understanding.
- Craft compelling narratives that captivate users, establishing a connection with our AI-driven products.
- Create and maintain a consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand and enhances the overall user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and refine content strategies.

**Your Toolkit**:

- Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create exceptional user experiences.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and human-centred design methodologies.
- Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools is a plus.

**A peak into what your day will look like**:

- You will be creating user guides, Twitter threads for engagement, and outreach to journalists to reinforce their brand
- A Mix of UX writing and product writing - which will be user journey focused
- Writing for social media platforms
- Story pitches for media and journalists
